Paul T. Ruiz


Paul helps business managers lead and win in times of uncertainty, change, and growth.

He does a lot of work for entrepreneurs and business leaders in the pharmaceuticals and  FMCG distribution, retail, BPO, and niche services in transportation, and health & wellness. He enjoys a career built over two decades of relevant experience both as an Operations Executive as well as a learning facilitator and coach. He has extensive experience in designing, facilitating, and leading organization development projects predominantly on: Strategic Planning, Change Management, Leadership Coaching or Mentoring, Team Performance Development, Developing Customer-Focused Skills and Culture, and Organizational Strategy & Design.

Paul sits as Advisory Board member for Valens Capital Ventures, Inc. where he provides strategic advice and executive coaching to the Chairman of the Board and Senior Leadership Teams in the areas of Leadership Development, Corporate Strategy, and Organization Development.

He was selected mentor and coach of the Regional Qualifying Teams to the William H. Clinton HULT Foundation Competitions through the John Gokongwei School of Management and Business Administration (JGSOMBA) at the Ateneo de Manila University that competed in Dubai and London for the 2016 and 2017 HULT Regionals–-a testament to Paul’s ability to connect and engage with the millenial talent and the global-thinking young entrepreneurs. He remains as mentor-at-large for the JGSOMBA.


Paul is part of the pioneer class of professional global coaches that have been certified on Conversational Intelligence (C-IQ) under the mentoring of its founder, Dr. Judith Glaser. He graduated in July 2016 in Manhattan, New York. He has also completed his Executive Coaching MBA course work from World Business and Executive Coach Summit and continues to deepen his expertise in Business Acceleration for Coaches from The Center for Executive Coaching.

Paul is a certified Train the Trainer Facilitator and Workforce Empowerment Facilitator from Development Dimensions International in Shenzhen, China. He also completed a Strategic Business Development Course in Melbourne, Australia.

The combination of grounded field experience and expertise in modern facilitation and coaching frameworks has made Paul a differentiated learning and development partner and collaborator for his clients. His work is his passion. For fun and well-being, he cooks, practices yoga, and plays golf. His joy is his wife Janise and their teenage sons, Luc and Franco.
